How To Make Money On YouTube Without Filming! (Faceless Videos)

Youtube has become one of the largest online entertainment platform with over 2 billion users visiting every single month.

This means that a lot of Youtube content creators are making a huge amount of money from it.

And that has made a lot of people start a career on YouTube

But! Most people face one problem and that is to show their face on those YouTube videos.

However, that doesn’t mean you can’t start a successful Youtube channel. There are thousands of youtube channels that are making money without showing their face and even without their voice.

I am not talking about those funny, scary compilation videos that you see on Youtube. Doing that is not only unethical but can also give you a copyright strike.

The videos that I am talking about are those good content type videos like the ones shown below:-

Did you notice the number of views each of those videos has?

Millions right?

Imagine how much money those channels would have made?

And the people behind those videos aren’t even showing their face and not even their voice. They just use stock videos and automated voice.

What if I told you those videos can be made in just under 1 hour?

Keep on reading and I’ll help you start your own Youtube channel.

Creating Youtube Videos Without Filming.

This is not a get rich quick scheme. The youtube channels that I mentioned earlier did succeed because of the willpower, hard work and consistency of the people behind those channels.

No person on earth has ever made any money without hard work. So, you will only see results if you consistently work for it.

I have divided this article into 5 sections:-

  1. Niche Selection and Channel Creation
  2. Finding Keywords to target
  3. Content Creation
  4. Publishing routine
  5. Monetization

Niche Selection

Before you start a youtube channel, you need to select a niche.

Follow these steps to select your niche:-

  1. Write down your hobbies and interests. And then choose one from them. Making videos on something that you like is the best thing because you know about it and there’s a lower chance of you giving up.
  2. Choose a niche where there’s a lot of content that needs to be shared.

Once you select a niche, Try coming up with some names for your channel and a simple logo for it.

Then, go to youtube.com and create a channel. You can start a new Google account or even use an existing account.

Finding Keywords to Target

Creating videos on topics that already exist is of no use. So, you will need to find content that’s less competitive.

To do that –

  1. Write 1 or 2 random keywords related to your niche on the youtube search bar and do not hit enter. You will see a lot of suggested search terms showing up.
  2. In the alphabetical order, first, append ‘a’ and see what all search terms pop up.
  3. Search for every one of those terms and see if there are videos that match the search term.
  4. If there aren’t enough videos that match your search term. You can select it and copy it to a notepad.
  5. After you finish with ‘a’ move on to ‘b’ and then ‘c’, ‘d’…and at last ‘z’.
  6. Repeat this same method to find less competitive keywords to target.

Here’s an example

Let’s assume I am in the Health and Fitness niche. I type the words “Drinking water” to the search bar and then append “a” to it. I get the following results

I clicked on “drinking water after workout” and the following results popped up.

As you can see, there’s just one video(first result) that almost answers the question of “Drinking water after workout” and none of the other results was related to it(even after the 4th video).

So this search term is a good one to target.

This is how you select different keywords and topics for your videos.

Keep in mind that this won’t instantly give you a number 1 ranking on YouTube. It takes time. This technique will certainly speed up the process.

Content Creation

Once you have the topic. Just search on Google for more information. Learn more about it.

After you learn, create a script of what you would like to say in the video.

The script can be of any length you want. I would suggest anywhere from 700-1200 words. This will make sure that your video is at least 5 minutes long.

Now comes the magic. Go to Vidnami.com.

Vidnami is an amazing software that helps you create highly engaging Youtube videos. It’s one of the best in the industry.

Those videos which I showed up at the top of this post was created by this software alone. So, this means that this software works like a charm.

It normally costs $47/month but if you go by this link you can get an additional 25% off for life. That means you can grab this software for just $35/month.

Once you register on Vidnami, You will be taken to a page which will contain some training videos. You can skip them by clicking on “Create new video”.

When you click that you will be taken to a place like this:-

Select a template that you want to use and then click on “Use this template”.

Next, you will be asked for the Video title and the script. Write a title and then paste in your script that you created.

Click on “Create scenes”.

You will be redirected to a page like this.

Vidnami creates each scene with videos and photos depending on the words in the script. This saves like 2 hours of your time.

Here you can also choose to edit anything that you like. You can change the background video, photo, font etc

After that, click on Voice. A voice is necessary when you start creating content like this. It makes the video more engaging and interesting.

If you are comfortable with your own voice, you could do a voiceover on your own. Vidnami makes it so much easier for you.

As you can see, you just need to click on “Record” and then read out each sentence.

However, if you aren’t comfortable with your own voice, you can use the auto-voice feature. But the problem is that almost all the voices do sound robotic.

But I have a solution for that. I found a great software called Speechelo. It’s an A.I generated voice-over that is perfect for videos.

You can check out some of the samples of the speechelo voice from here.

I would highly recommend that you give some kind of a voice-over on your videos. It can be the default one from Vidnami or the more professional A.I voice from Speechelo.

Once you have the audio uploaded. Click on preview video.

You can adjust the audio manually.

Finally, when all the editing is done, you can download the video.

How much time did it take to complete the whole video?

1 hour? Maybe less than that.

If Vidnami didn’t exist, it would have taken nearly 3-4 hours to create the whole video. Vidnami helps you focus more on the script than creating the video.

Publishing Routine

As a new Youtuber, You won’t have any subscribers or views. So, you will have to work hard for the first couple of days by creating and publishing as many videos as you can.

I would suggest you create at least 1 video per day. If you can do that, you will have 30 videos in just 30 days which would be a great start.

Monetization

There are literally a lot of ways to monetize your content. The most used one is Google’s own Adsense itself.

But, YouTube/Adsense requires you to have at least 1000 subscribers and about 4000 watch hours for monetizing your videos with ads.

This is surely not possible for a new Youtuber and you will have to find some other ways to monetize till you reach their requirments.

So, Affiliate marketing is your best option!

Affiliate marketing is a way by which you promote other people’s product in return for a percentage of commission for each sale that you make for them.

The image below will give you a pretty good understanding of what affiliate marketing is.

Affiliate programs are available for almost every product. If you want to find affiliate products in your niche, just search for “Your niche + affiliate programs” on Google.

Anyway, here are some most commonly used affiliate platforms:-

  • Clickbank
  • Shareasale
  • Amazon affiliates
  • CJ affiliates

Once you have a product to promote, you may use the keyword research strategy used above to find and create youtube videos related to the product.

This way you could start earning even before qualifying for Adsense.

Conclusion

It may take some time for your YouTube videos to get some views.

Starting and maintaining a YouTube channel is surely not an easy thing to do. It takes a lot of effort, time and hardwork to become successful.

So, never lose hope and keep hustling.

Best of luck!
